Apanasana aka: knees to chest


Exercise: Lie on your back On an out-breath, draw your knees to your chest with your hands. Focus in your breathing, Inhale and allow your body to expand and your legs to move slightly away from you. Exhale and gently squeeze your legs back into your chest You can slightly rock back and forth here to give your lower back a little massage.
