Gomukhasana aka: cow face


Exercise: Sit in Staff pose. Then bend your knees and put your feet on the floor Slide your foot under the opposite side knee to the outside of the hip. Stack your knees on top of each other. Bring both hips to the floor. Lift your elbow toward the ceiling and, from the back armpit, descend the right elbow toward the floor. Bring the forearm up your back and clasp your hands together if you can.

Physical Benefit:. Stretches the thighs, and arms.
