Parighasana aka: Beam


Exercise: Pull your leg out to the side keeping it m line with your knee on The ground. Stretch your arms out To the side parallel with the floor. Bend to one side lengthening your torso reaching past your ear with one arm while The other slides down the leg with the palm facing up.

Physical Benefit: Lengthens side of body

Mental Benefit: Reduces stress.
