El ayudante es el que inicia un camino para ser guía de sí mismo y de los otros. Se encuentra en constante aprendizaje y transformación. Tiene la disposición, el entendimiento y la capacidad para cumplir con el rol I que le ha sido entregado. Cumple su rol a través del servicio mismo en la I recreación de la vida y en cada tarea con el manejo de la enfermedad, que K es simultáneamente la de él mismo, de la comunidad, de la sociedad y | de la humanidad. A través del manejo de la enfermedad se aprende a ser I ayudante.
Aprendiz
“Aprendiz es el que comprende el sentido de la misión y se compromete con ella”
El aprendiz aprehende y se compromete consigo mismo y con el sentido de la misión. El aprendiz no deja de ser ayudante porque es lo que le permite desde lo terreno acercarse a lo espiritual. A través de la escucha al maestro y del control de sí mismo, puede conocer y aprehender el lenguaje del pensamiento ancestral y está en la capacidad de indicar este camino. El maestro recrea en el aprendiz la lealtad y la fidelidad.
Discípulo
“Discípulo es el que se transformó integralmente y maneja el lenguaje del maestro”
El discípulo comprende lo que le ha sido enseñado, se ha transformado, tiene el control y un manejo del lenguaje desde el espíritu. Su sentir, su pensamiento, su palabra y acción son consecuentes y perfectas, el maestro es en él y él es en los demás.
Los que se entregan al servicio del camino en el espíritu hacen de la delicadeza, la humildad, la prudencia, la comprensión y la misericordia consigo mismo y con los otros, su camino en la salvaguarda de la vida. Están guiados por la visión, tienen la capacidad de escuchar, ser obedientes, confiar y hablar desde el ejemplo.
Helper
The helper is the one who begins a path to be a guide to him and to others. He is learning and transforming frequently. He has the disposition, the understanding and the ability to fulfill the role that has been given to him. He accomplishes his role through the service itself in the recreation of life and in every task-with the handling of the disease, which at the same time is his own, of the community, of the society and of the humanity. Through the: handling of the disease one learns how to be a helper.

Through the listening of the master and from his self control, he can know and apprehend the language of the ancestral thought and it is in capacity of indicating this path. The master recreates in the apprentice the loyalty and faithfulness.
