La educación es ofrecer rutas y parámetros de comportamiento para que se pueda crecer. El maestro está cuidando que la semilla germine, pero ésta a veces no tiene fuerza o está desviándose de su camino; entonces el maestro ofrece varias posibilidades para reordenar: apolcar, macoquiar o podar
APOLCAR "Apolcar es construir el seno de la madre"
Apolcar es construir el seno de la madre y poner a chupar a la semilla para que la madre la alimente y coja fuerza.
MACOQUIAR "Macoquiar es volverse a sembrar y re-orientar"
Macoquiar es volverse a sembrar y re-orientar, es sacar plantas de un lado y llevarlas a otro para que se ayuden, compartan, se colaboren, se 1 pongan a la par.
PODAR
"Podar es quitar lo que no se necesita" Podar es quitar lo que no se necesita, que es producido por el mal manejo de emociones, entornos o energías.
CRECER "Crecer es confianza"
Después de la educación viene el crecimiento. La planta, como el discípulo, siente que ya puede hacerlo, ya es. Crecer es confianza y confianza es crecer. Si tiene la confianza la planta se afianza, florece, saca su fruto.
EMPODERAMIENTO
"El empoderamiento es la cosecha"
El empoderamiento es cosechar y guardar semilla (se supera la mazorca y se vuelve maíz), el maestro se vuelve abuelo. Nace en nosotros el maestro cuando el otro transmite la enseñanza.
Cuando el maestro entrega a sus discípulos el aprendizaje y estos a su vez enseñan, comienza a ser abuelo, lo entrega para que lo hagan vivo en la comunidad y la humanidad, la cosecha es de la comunidad. Él es en el otro, y el otro en los demás. Así, el Abuelo, pasa a otro plano, curando con el pensamiento, la mirada, el oído, el tacto, el soplo, la voz.

Macoquiar is to replant and to redirect; it is to take the plants from one place and take them to another site to help each other, to share, to cooperate, and to be in the same position.
"PODAR - TO TRIM is to remove what is not needed”
To trim is to remove what is not needed, which is produced by the mishandling of emotions, surroundings or energies.
TO GROW is to trust
After education comes the growth. The plant, like the disciple, feels that it is able to do it, it has become already. To grow is to trust and to trust is to grow. If there is confidence the plant strengthens, blooms, brings out its fruit.
