Exercise: Step back into a tow lunge with your front foot between your hands. Drop your back knee to the ground. Inhale and raise your upper body upright. As you do, sweep your arms out to the sides and up* perpendicular to the floor Keep your abdominal muscles tight and chest open and expanded.
